No Jackpot Winner as Powerball Jackpot Climbs to $750 Million

August 24, 2025 | LOS ANGELES - Saturday night’s Powerball drawing didn’t have a jackpot winner. As a result, the grand prize grows to an estimated $750 million for the drawing on Monday.

The winning numbers drawn were 11, 14, 34, 47, 51, and the Powerball 18. No ticket matched all six numbers, so the jackpot has rolled over for the 36th time.

Despite the absence of a top-prize winner, several players captured significant secondary prizes:

Prize Tier Winnings Location Power Play Option
Match 5 (no Powerball) $2 million South Dakota Yes
Match 5 (no Powerball) $1 million Maine No
Match 5 (no Powerball) $1 million New York No
Match 4 + Powerball $100,000 Various (6 tickets) d>Yes (doubled from $50,000)

The Powerball game is played in 45 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Players can add Power Play for an extra $1 per ticket. This option can multiply non-jackpot prizes by up to five times.

Players have two ways to claim the Monday jackpot. They can receive a lump-sum cash payment of about $338.7 million before taxes. Or, they can choose the full $750 million annuity, which gets paid over 30 years. The next drawing takes place Monday at 10:59 p.m. ET.

Powerball has long odds of 1 in 292.2 million to win the top prize. Still, it draws players from all over the country. The chance to turn a $2 ticket into a life-changing win keeps interest high.
