Starbucks Unveils 2025 Fall Menu Ahead of Seasonal Launch

Seattle, WA (August 25, 2025) - Starbucks today announced the details of its highly anticipated 2025 fall menu, set to hit stores nationwide on Tuesday, August 26. The Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) will return alongside a selection of beloved fall beverages-and a brand-new pecan-forward offering-just days before the autumnal equinox.
The centerpiece of this year’s lineup remains the Pumpkin Spice Latte, Starbucks’ “most popular seasonal beverage of all time,” which helped drive 10% of U.S. sales during last year’s fall season. Joining the PSL on August 26 are the returning fan favorites:
- Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
- Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai
- Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte
In addition to these classics, Starbucks is introducing the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado, featuring three shots of Blonde Espresso blended with pecan, brown butter, and holiday baking spices, then topped with steamed oatmilk and a pecan-crunch garnish.
Starbucks confirmed that prices for its limited-time fall beverages remain consistent with last year, with a grande PSL ranging from $5.75 to $7.25 and a grande Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew priced between $5.25 and $5.95.
Beyond beverages, the fall menu will also include seasonal food items:
- Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin
- Raccoon Cake Pop
Notably absent this year are any apple-pie-inspired drinks, signaling Starbucks’ focus on pumpkin and pecan flavors for the 2025 season.
“We know our customers look forward to pumpkin spice season more than any other,” said a Starbucks spokesperson. “This year, we’ve expanded our pecan offerings in response to growing demand for nut-forward flavors, while still honoring the tradition of the Pumpkin Spice Latte.” Starbuck’s fall menu announcement underscores the enduring cultural impact of the PSL, which first launched in 2003 and has since spawned countless imitators across the coffee industry.
