TUCSON, Ariz., Aug. 25, 2025 - Today marks the official start of the fall semester at the University of Arizona, with students across campus embarking on the first day of classes and the Wildcats’ football preview radio show launching its season.

First Day of Fall Classes At 12:01 a.m., the University of Arizona opened its classrooms for the 2025 fall term. Undergraduate and graduate students returned to campus to attend lectures, seminars, and labs after a summer break. Faculty across all colleges welcomed a record‐sized incoming class, with new students participating in orientation events and returning students rejoining familiar programs and clubs.

Brent Brennan Radio Show Kicks Off This evening at 6:00 p.m., Head Coach Brent Brennan will join “Voice of the Wildcats” Brian Jeffries for the first installment of the 2025 Brent Brennan Radio Show series. Broadcast live on Wildcats Radio 1290 AM from Union Public House (4340 N Campbell Ave., Tucson), the weekly program will preview each upcoming football opponent and feature special guests throughout the season.
