Powerball Drawing Scheduled for Tonight at 10:59 p.m. ET

Dateline: August 25, 2025

The Powerball® drawing is scheduled to take place tonight, Monday, August 25, at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time, from the Florida Lottery draw studio in Tallahassee. This drawing marks the 37th consecutive opportunity for players to win the grand prize after the jackpot last reset on May 31, 2025, when a California ticket claimed $204.5 million.

With the jackpot currently estimated at $750 million-making it the 10th-largest prize in Powerball history-the lump-sum cash option stands at approximately $338.6 million before taxes. Players may purchase tickets for $2 per play at authorized retailers in 45 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with sales generally closing one to two hours before tonight’s drawing.

In addition to the standard drawing, participants can add the Power Play® feature for an extra $1 per play, multiplying non-jackpot prizes by 2, 3, 4, 5, or 10 times depending on the announced multiplier. Double Play® is also available in select jurisdictions for an additional $1, offering another chance to win secondary prizes.

Live coverage of the drawing can be viewed on select local television stations or streamed on Powerball.com and the game’s official YouTube channel starting at 10:59 p.m. ET. Following the drawing, winning numbers and updated jackpot information will be posted on the Powerball website and major news outlets.
