America’s Got Talent Season 20 Quarterfinals Round 2 Results (August 27, 2025)

Tonight’s live results show of America’s Got Talent Season 20 revealed which three acts have earned the highest number of public votes and will advance to next week’s Semifinals. Host Terry Crews returned to the stage at 8 p.m. ET on NBC to announce America’s choices.

Acts Advancing to the Semifinals Alex Sampson - The Canadian singer-songwriter captivated viewers with his original ballad “Pretty Baby,” earning him the first Semifinal berth. Young Min - The Korean magician’s flawless disappearing act secured him the second spot, impressing audiences and judges alike. Sky Elements - The drone lightshow team edged out their competitors to claim the final Semifinal position after a dazzling performance set to Katy Perry’s “Firework”.

Eliminations Seven of the eleven Quarterfinals Round 2 performers were sent home tonight: Nini; Biko’s Manna; AIRFOOTWORKS; Legión; Bboy Samuka; Brooke Bailey; and Ashlee Montague.

What’s Next On Tuesday, September 2, the next group of eleven acts will perform live for another chance to move forward, with results to be revealed Wednesday, September 3 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Fans can continue to vote via the AGT app and online at AGT.NBC.com.
