Disneyland Resort Unveils New Magic Key Passes and Early Park Closures on August 26, 2025

Disneyland Resort today introduced two new tiers of its Magic Key annual pass program and implemented early park closures at Disney California Adventure for the Oogie Boogie Bash.

At 9:00 AM PT, Disneyland began selling the Imagine Key and Enchant Key passes, expanding its Magic Key portfolio to accommodate a wider range of guest needs. The Imagine Key offers moderate blockout dates and limited parking benefits, while the Enchant Key provides fewer blackout days and includes free parking on select visits.

In conjunction with the pass launch, Disney California Adventure closed at 6:00 PM this evening to host the second of its sold-out Oogie Boogie Bash Halloween parties. Guests attending the after-hours event received exclusive access to trick-or-treat trails, themed entertainment, and a villains-inspired parade. Regular day-time visitors were reminded to adjust their itineraries accordingly, as several attractions and dining locations ceased operations an hour earlier than usual.

Park officials cautioned that weekend crowds will swell ahead of Labor Day, advising guests to arrive early and utilize Disney’s Lightning Lane options to minimize wait times. Nighttime spectaculars-including “World of Color: Happiness!” and the Halloween Screams projection show-will follow their scheduled times, with special considerations for Oogie Boogie Bash nights.
