August 28, 2025 - Today, publisher Sony Interactive Entertainment and developer Ultizero Games revealed a comprehensive day-one patch for their upcoming action-RPG Lost Soul Aside, prompting a hold on early PS5 review code, and simultaneously released a free demo in regions where it is already August 28.

Day-One Patch Announcement and Early Review Hold The official Lost Soul Aside social media channels confirmed that the full game will ship with a significant update available at launch on August 29. This patch delivers performance optimizations, stability improvements, enhanced visual effects, audio refinements, and gameplay polishing. As a result, publishers have elected to withhold early review copies until the patch is applied to ensure critics experience the optimized build.

Free Demo Goes Live in Select Regions A playable demo of Lost Soul Aside launched today in regions that have already reached August 28, including Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. Titled “Trial by Combat,” the demo features two epic boss encounters:

• A duel against the Rose Queen, showcasing fluid sword combos and rapid slashes
• A battle with Holy Knight Commander Victor and an Ancient Mecha construct, testing Arena Powers and a two-handed greatsword
