No New Updates on Costco Executive Membership as of August 30, 2025

Irvine, CA - August 30, 2025 - Costco Wholesale Corporation did not announce any new changes or updates to its Executive Membership program today.

Since June 30, Costco’s $130 Executive Membership tier has provided members with exclusive early shopping hours-allowing access to warehouse clubs one hour before general members-as well as a $10 monthly credit on same-day or Instacart orders over $150 and a 2 percent annual reward on most purchases (capped at $1,250).

Executive Members, who represent approximately 47 percent of all memberships but account for over 70 percent of Costco’s sales, continue to benefit from priority access, extra credits, and enhanced service discounts without any further changes announced today.

Costco’s membership structure remains:

• Gold Star Membership: $65 per year, standard benefits
• Executive Membership: $130 per year, plus 2 percent rewards, early access, and monthly credits

Unless otherwise noted, members should continue to expect the existing perks and fee structure to remain in place through the end of 2025.
