WALLINGFORD, Conn. (Aug. 31, 2025) - The Connecticut Lottery issued several key updates today as players prepare for Labor Day weekend draws and check recent winning numbers.
The Connecticut Lottery Headquarters in Wallingford will be closed on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, but all regularly scheduled drawings will proceed without interruption, including daily in-state games and the nationwide Powerball and Mega Millions drawings. Retailers across the state will remain open for ticket purchases and prize claims up to $599 on Monday, while prizes of $600 or more may be claimed by mail or in person after the holiday.
Saturday’s Powerball drawing produced the numbers 3-18-22-27-33 with a red Powerball 17 and a Power Play multiplier of 3. No jackpot winner was drawn, pushing Monday’s estimated grand prize to $1.1 billion (cash option $498.4 million). Nine tickets matched all five white balls for $1 million each, including one sold in Connecticut.
Lucky for Life’s August 30 drawing yielded 12-38-45-47-54 plus Lucky Ball 07, while Cash 5 produced 08-22-25-29-34. Play 3 and Play 4 daily drawings also concluded with winning combinations that players can verify on the official Connecticut Lottery website or at authorized retailers.
Players are reminded that tickets for all in-state games must be purchased by the times listed on the official schedule, and winners have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes. For more information, visit ctlottery.org or call the CT Lottery Claims Department at (860) 713-2700.
