BENGALURU, INDIA (September 1, 2025) - Apple Inc. today opened its first retail outlet in South India, unveiling Apple Hebbal inside the Phoenix Mall of Asia. The new store, Apple’s third in India after Mumbai and Delhi, offers customers the full lineup of products-including iPhone 16, MacBook Pro with M4 chips, iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and Apple Watch Series 10-alongside expert support at the Genius Bar and free “Today at Apple” learning sessions.

Visitors to Apple Hebbal can also experience:

  • A dedicated Apple Pickup zone for seamless online order collection
  • One-on-one Personal Setup and financing guidance
  • Daily creative and technical workshops through Today at Apple

The store’s 70 team members, representing 15 Indian states, will guide customers through device demonstrations, trade-in options, and tailored support services.

Apple Previews Unified Genius Bar and Pickup Counter Design In a simultaneous announcement, Apple highlighted its latest retail layout concept at Hebbal: a combined Genius Bar and Pickup counter, designed to streamline technical support and order collection into a single, efficient space. This new configuration debuts at Apple Hebbal, reflecting Apple’s ongoing evolution of in-store service experiences.
