Eric Church News Roundup - September 1, 2025

No major headlines emerged today concerning country star Eric Church. He continues his Free the Machine Tour across North America in support of his latest album, Evangeline vs. The Machine, which was released on May 2, 2025.

Tour highlights to date:

  • The trek spans 22 arena dates from September through November, featuring support from Elle King, Marcus King Band and Charles Wesley Godwin.
  • Church delivered a trio of celebrated shows at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in July, each with a unique theme: “Eric Church vs. The Machine,” “Eric Church vs. The ECB” and “Eric Church vs. The Guitar.”
  • Upcoming tour stops include Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena (Sept. 12), Boston’s TD Garden (Sept. 19) and Green Bay’s Resch Center (Sept. 25).

Outside of touring, Church has maintained his philanthropic efforts, notably donating song publishing royalties from “Darkest Hour” to relief efforts in North Carolina. His independent ventures-ranging from his Nashville venue Chief’s to his Whiskey JYPSI liquor brand-also remain active, although no new announcements were made today.
