Sam’s Club Opens on Labor Day with Modified Hours and Special Membership Offers

Atlanta, GA - September 1, 2025 - Despite the federal holiday, Sam’s Club warehouses nationwide remained open today for Labor Day, operating on a shortened schedule and unveiling limited-time membership discounts.
Sam’s Club locations welcomed shoppers from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for Plus members and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for regular Club members, closing two hours earlier than usual. In conjunction with the holiday hours, the retailer offered prospective members a 50 percent discount on its standard membership tiers: Basic membership, normally $50 per year, was available for $25, and the Plus tier, regularly $110 per year, was reduced to $70.
The holiday schedule and membership promotions aim to accommodate both holiday shoppers stocking up on picnic essentials and new customers seeking value. Shoppers were reminded to verify local store hours via the Sam’s Club website or mobile app, as outlets may vary by region.
