JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - In the first full business day after Labor Day, the Florida Lottery reported a surge in its Powerball® jackpot and the reopening of its district offices statewide.

Powerball Jackpot Climbs to $1.3 Billion Monday night’s Powerball drawing saw no jackpot winner after the numbers 8, 23, 25, 40, 53 and Powerball 5 were selected, with a 3x Power Play multiplier in effect. Ten tickets nationwide matched all five white balls to win the $1 million secondary prize; one of those tickets was sold in Florida.
