Moultonborough, N.H., Sept. 2, 2025 - Actor Nicholas Braun, best known for his Emmy-nominated turn as Cousin Greg on HBO’s Succession, was arrested early Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without lights, the Moultonborough Police Department confirmed today.

Braun, 37, was pulled over on Lee Road at approximately 11:15 p.m. on Aug. 29 and taken into custody. He was held at the Carroll County Jail for about one hour before being released on his own recognizance; no bail was required. An arraignment date has been scheduled for later this month.

According to TMZ, Braun’s police body-worn camera was reported to have been malfunctioning at the time of his stop, and no booking photograph was captured. Representatives for Braun have not issued a statement, and the Moultonborough Police Department declined to release further details.
