Texas Lottery Announces Powerball Winning Numbers for September 1 Drawing

Austin, TX - Tuesday, September 2, 2025 - The Texas Lottery® this morning released the official winning numbers for Monday’s Powerball® drawing, continuing a jackpot streak that has captured national attention.

The winning combination for the Monday, September 1 drawing is: White balls: 8 - 23 - 25 - 40 - 53 Powerball: 5 Power Play: 3

No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the estimated $1.10 billion annuitized jackpot, making Monday’s prize the fifth-largest in Powerball history. The jackpot will now climb further for the next drawing, scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 10:59 p.m. ET.

Texas residents holding tickets matching some-but not all-of the numbers can still win secondary prizes ranging from $4 up to $2 million, depending on the Power Play multiplier.
