Though Kat left the set in tears, Dale defended her, asserting their connection was authentic. Ultimately, the jury voted Jess and Spencer into the finale alongside Alexe and Andrew.

The season’s climactic twist presented both final couples with a harrowing choice: select “money” and walk away with $250,000-or choose “love,” risking the cash for the assurance of a genuine relationship. In a unanimous decision, both couples chose love and were then each handed a surprise cash envelope. Alexe and Andrew revealed $125,000, while Jess and Spencer opened an envelope containing $190,000-and immediately following, Spencer Conley dropped to one knee, proposing to Jess Edwards, who joyfully accepted.

In post-filming updates, producers reported that four of the final five couples remain together: Alexe and Andrew plan to use their winnings to pay off student loans, while Jess and Spencer are engaged and preparing to build a life together.
