Lauren Jauregui Joins “Dancing with the Stars” Season 34 Cast

September 3, 2025 - NEW YORK CITY

Lauren Jauregui, best known as a member of chart-topping girl group Fifth Harmony, was announced today as one of the celebrity competitors on Season 34 of ABC’s hit dance competition Dancing with the Stars. The full lineup was revealed live on Good Morning America, with Jauregui set to partner with professional dancer Brandon Armstrong as they vie for the coveted Mirrorball Trophy.

Jauregui, who launched a solo career following Fifth Harmony’s hiatus in 2018, expressed excitement about stepping onto the ballroom floor. Her participation adds star power to a cast that also includes Olympic gold medalist Jordan Chiles, “Boy Meets World” alum Danielle Fishel, Pentatonix singer Scott Hoying, and NBA All-Star Baron Davis. Season 34 premieres Tuesday, September 16, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC (simulcast on Disney+) and will stream the following day on Hulu.

Fans have been buzzing over Jauregui’s casting, anticipating how her musical background and stage presence will translate to ballroom choreography. Her announcement comes on the heels of Fifth Harmony’s surprise reunion performance at the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas on August 31, where she reunited with former bandmates Normani, Dinah Jane, and Ally Brooke to perform hits like “Worth It” and “Work From Home”. As Jauregui prepares for her next televised appearance, viewers will be watching closely to see if she can tango, cha-cha, and waltz her way to victory.
