No Mega Millions Jackpot Winner After Tuesday’s $302 Million Drawing

Tuesday, September 3, 2025 (ET) - The Mega Millions drawing held on Tuesday, September 2, failed to produce a jackpot winner, leaving the top prize at an estimated $302 million for the next drawing on Friday, September 5.

Winning numbers for Tuesday’s drawing:

• White Balls: 07 - 17 - 35 - 40 - 64
• Mega Ball: 23

Despite millions of tickets sold across the 45 participating states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands, no participant matched all six numbers. The odds of hitting the jackpot remain a steep 1 in 302 million.

Players who matched fewer numbers still claimed prizes at various tiers, with non-jackpot prizes automatically enhanced by the built-in Megaplier feature introduced in April 2025.

The next Mega Millions drawing will take place at 11 p.m. ET on Friday, September 5. Tickets cost $5 per play, which includes the Megaplier option; winners may choose either the annuity option-30 graduated payments-or a one-time lump sum cash option of $136 million before taxes.
