Netflix Drops Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 Today

Los Gatos, CA - September 3, 2025 - Netflix has released the second instalment of its hit supernatural mystery comedy Wednesday today, with the remaining four episodes of Season 2 now streaming worldwide. Episodes 5-8 of Wednesday Season 2 premiered at 3 a.m. ET (12 a.m. PT) on September 3, delighting fans who have been awaiting the continuation since the August 6 debut of Part 1.
In Part 2, Jenna Ortega returns as Wednesday Addams, confronting the fallout of the season’s mid-season cliffhanger, in which she was thrown from a Nevermore Academy window by Tyler Galpin (Hunter Doohan). The narrative picks up immediately as Wednesday awakens in a hospital and encounters her former principal Larissa Weems (Gwendoline Christie) in spectral form, who now serves as her spirit guide. The story promises darker twists and new enigmas as Wednesday navigates threats posed by both old adversaries and supernatural forces at Nevermore Academy.
In a star-studded turn, Lady Gaga makes her acting debut in the series as Rosaline Rotwood, a mysterious Nevermore instructor whose enigmatic presence is set to challenge Wednesday’s sharp wit and resolve. Gaga announced her involvement and debuted her new single The Dead Dance at Netflix and Spotify’s Graveyard Gala in New York City as part of the show’s Doom Tour promotion.
Netflix has confirmed a staggered global rollout schedule for Part 2: viewers in Brazil can stream the episodes at 4 a.m. BRT, UK audiences at 8 a.m. BST, Central Europe at 9 a.m. CET, India at 12:30 p.m. IST, Australia at 5 p.m. AEST, and New Zealand at 7 p.m. NZST. The series’ core ensemble also includes Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia Addams and Emma Myers as Enid Sinclair, alongside returning favorites and new face-offs that deepen the show’s blend of dark humour and supernatural intrigue.
With Season 3 already greenlit, Part 2’s release cements Wednesday as a sustained pop-culture phenomenon, as fans tune in to see where Wednesday Addams’ path leads next.
