Texas Lottery Reports September 3 Powerball Results
Austin, TX - The Texas Lottery announced today that Wednesday’s Powerball drawing produced the following winning numbers: 3 - 16 - 29 - 61 - 69, with the Powerball of 22 and a Power Play multiplier of 2.
No ticket sold in Texas matched all six numbers to claim the $1.444 billion jackpot, which will roll over to Saturday’s drawing. However, Texas did see significant secondary prizes:
- A Power Play ticket purchased at Barri 14008 on North César Chávez Boulevard in Houston claimed a $2 million prize by matching all five white balls and adding the Power Play option.
- Overall, more than 465,000 winning Powerball tickets were sold across Texas in Wednesday night’s drawing, including 173,638 Power Play entries that multiplied secondary prizes.
Players are reminded to verify their tickets and claim prizes through the official Texas Lottery website. The next Powerball drawing is scheduled for Saturday night, with the jackpot estimated to exceed $1.7 billion.
