LOS ANGELES, Sept. 5, 2025 - Drew Barrymore kicked off the Friday edition of The Drew Barrymore Show with a dynamic mix of cooking tips, celebrity interviews, and relationship advice, then took her daytime success into the evening with a special live presentation at The Paley Museum.

At 9:30 a.m. on CBS, Barrymore welcomed culinary expert Pilar Valdes, who demonstrated how to make a flavorful miso soup, before sitting down with actors Oliver Hudson, Taye Diggs, Valerie Bertinelli and relationship coach Damona Hoffman for a heart-to-heart Q&A on love and partnership. The show capped off its star-studded lineup with Emmy Award-winner Lamorne Morris, who shared insights into his journey from television to film and offered behind-the-scenes anecdotes from his career.

Later in the afternoon, Barrymore appeared at the Paley Center for Media in New York City for “Daytime at Night: An Evening with The Drew Barrymore Show.” The free event, part of the PaleyLive series, featured Barrymore in conversation with Hollywood Squares host Nate Burleson, providing fans with behind-the-lens stories from the set and a preview of the show’s upcoming fifth season. Attendees also enjoyed the “Drew’s News” set experience, where they could sit at Barrymore’s signature news desk and send letters to be read on air.
