Troopers Investigate Fatal Motorcycle Crash After 911 Dispatch

Troopers probed a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in Nichols early Tuesday, Sept. 9, after the Tioga County 911 Center dispatched State Police at around 1 a.m. in response to a fatal collision on South Main Street.

TROOP C investigators responded swiftly to the scene where the operator, identified as 40-year-old Donald Lynn Archibald of Sayre, Pennsylvania, was pronounced dead after his Suzuki motorcycle veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole.
