- Originally free for two years, the trial was first extended in November 2023 and has now been prolonged again through September 2026 for devices activated in supported countries before 12 a.m. PT on September 9, 2025.
- Globalstar continues to provide the satellite network, though service remains unavailable in certain regions, including mainland China, Russia and parts of Central Asia.
