Schnuck Markets Acquires Festival Foods in $TBD Deal

Lead St. Louis-based Schnuck Markets announced today it will acquire Wisconsin’s Festival Foods and Hometown Grocers, bringing 51 stores under its umbrella in a deal that unites two family-owned grocers.
