Billboard Selects Rauw Alejandro for Spotlight Conversation at 2025 Live Music Summit

Billboard has tapped Puerto Rican reggaeton star Rauw Alejandro to headline a Spotlight Conversation at its 2025 Live Music Summit in Los Angeles on November 3, showcasing his rise and tour production.

Billboard’s annual Live Music Summit returns this autumn to the W Hotel West, uniting top executives, artists and innovators for discussions on the future of live entertainment. Central to this year’s program is a one-on-one conversation titled “The Rise of Rauw Alejandro,” underscoring the artist’s rapid ascent and elaborate Cosa Nuestra World Tour production.

The day-long summit, presented by VENU, will open with keynote addresses and networking sessions before Alejandro takes the stage in conversation with Live Nation Senior Vice President Hans Schaefer. Their dialogue will explore Alejandro’s creative vision, technical staging and strategies that have positioned him among the world’s most in-demand performers.

Additional panels will address fan-first ticketing strategies, led by AXS and moderated by DewulfAXS’s Lauren McKin, and spotlight women driving the booking industry in a session sponsored by Allegiant Stadium. The event culminates in an awards ceremony honoring trailblazers in live music innovation.
