Hyatt Expands All-Inclusive Portfolio with New Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana Deal

Lead: Hyatt Hotels Corporation has signed a management agreement for Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana, an adults-only all-inclusive resort on Macao Beach set to open in 2026, strengthening its Dominican Republic footprint today in Punta Cana.

Management Agreement Secured

Hyatt affiliate Hyatt Inclusive Collection entered into a management agreement with GSM Investissements Dominicana S.R.L., owner of Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana. Under the agreement, Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana will debut as an adults-only, all-inclusive property in 2026.

Resort Features and Amenities

• 406 rooms, including Junior, Master and Presidential Suites
• 111 swim-out suites and 13 panoramic high-level swim-out suites
• Nine restaurants offering global cuisines, including a farm-to-table concept within an on-site organic garden
• Nine bars, featuring a sports bar, cigar lounge and Coco Café
• Three pools, with main, activity and Preferred Club rooftop pools, plus beach club service and ocean views

Strategic Significance

This addition bolsters Hyatt’s presence alongside existing properties in Miches and La Romana and precedes the opening of Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana in late 2025. It underscores Hyatt’s commitment to expanding its adults-only portfolio in a region recognized for its tourism potential and luxury offerings.
