Stellantis Recalls 164,000 Jeep Wagoneer SUVs Over Detaching Door Trim

Stellantis on Wednesday announced a recall of nearly 164,000 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer SUVs in the United States due to a risk that driver- and passenger-side door trim pieces could detach while driving. The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration identified the defect on September 17.

Jeep owners are being notified to bring their vehicles in for free inspections and, if needed, replacement of the faulty door trim. The recall affects models produced from 2022 through 2025 and underscores ongoing safety concerns within the Stellantis lineup.
