AMBER Alert Issued for 4-Year-Old Leah Calderon in San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO (September 19, 2025) - Authorities issued an AMBER Alert Friday after 4-year-old Leah Calderon vanished just after 5 a.m. from the 11300 block of Roszell Drive in northeast San Antonio.

The alert underscores the urgent search for a vulnerable child believed to be in imminent danger and mobilizes law enforcement and the public across Texas.

Key Details

• Missing Child: Leah Calderon, 4, 3 feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
• Last Seen: 5 a.m. Friday near Roszell Drive at Wurzbach Parkway and Bulverde Road in San Antonio.
• Suspect: Britany Zepeda, 34, 4 feet 11 inches tall, brown hair and hazel eyes.
• Vehicle: White 2020 Nissan Kicks, Texas plate VTJ8610, driven by Zepeda at the time of disappearance.

Ongoing Investigation

San Antonio Police are coordinating with the Texas Department of Public Safety to canvass surrounding counties and checkpoints. Investigators believe Zepeda may be traveling along major highways out of Bexar County.
