Kermit ISD Concludes First Six-Week Grading Period with Campus-Wide Events

Today, Kermit Independent School District wrapped up its first six-week grading period, hosting a series of celebrations and parent-teacher conferences across all campuses. The milestone marks an opportunity for students and families to review academic progress and engage with teachers before the next instructional cycle.

In celebration of student achievements and community collaboration, each campus organized brief assemblies this morning featuring student performances and award presentations. Teachers distributed progress reports and met with parents for one-on-one conferences, ensuring families are informed about strengths and areas for improvement.

Schools offered extended hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM to accommodate working parents and guardians, with on-site counselors available to discuss social-emotional support and enrichment programs.
